What Is Meditation?

Meditation is an intentional focus on what is or what is not in your thoughts. It can come in many forms. It can involve total silence. It can include music or dance. Meditating can help you start your day with intention and calmness.

Many people who have joined the movement to live mindfully also begin each day with gratitude. Think of at least one thing that is good in your life and give thanks for it.

Do not concentrate on what isn’t going right in your life. The more you think about it, the more you will get of that. Finding 5 or 10 minutes daily, or several times a day if you can, to meditate on the things you want to bring into your life will set you apart from all those who don’t ever seem to be happy or have what they say they desire.

It takes practice but the better you become at meditating and the more you learn about the fantastic energy that we are, the faster your life will become the ideal life you want to live.

Unlimited Use of Our Meditation Room

Come relax in a tranquil space and train your brain to focus as you connect and recharge.  Our meditation room offers floor pillows, a regular comfortable chair, and a chaise lounge chair.  Available to members only during our business hours.

Meditation Workshops

(4-6 times per month)

Learn what meditation truly is. It is not a mystical practice that only works for monks sitting on mountaintops. It can help you train your mind to be more relaxed and calm on demand. It can help you reduce stress and aid your overall health. Our meditation rooms offer floor pillows, regular comfortable chairs and chaise lounge chairs. We recommend beginning with 10-15 minutes and offer a 1-hour meditation workshop several times a month to help get you started!
